MIR Lasers
Thorlabs offers a variety MIR laser systems and individual laser diodes. Our selection includes Quantum Cascade Lasers (QCLs) and Interband Cascade Lasers (ICLs) with Fabry-Perot and Distributed Feedback (DFB) designs (3.00 - 11.00 µm), turnkey Fabry-Perot (4.00 µm, 4.55 µm, or 10.5 µm) and DFB (4 - 5 µm or 9 - 10 µm) QCL laser systems, fiber lasers with a center wavelength of 2.7 µm, MIR (1.3 - 4.5 µm) and LW-IR (3.5 - 11 µm) supercontinuum laser sources, and a femtosecond fiber laser with a center wavelength of 2 µm.
