Thorlabs: Tunable Lasers

Thorlabs' selection of tunable lasers includes benchtop sources with wide tuning ranges in the C-band (1528 nm - 1566 nm) or L-band (1570 nm - 1609 nm) and rack-mounted sources with tuning ranges in the O-band (1250 nm - 1350 nm) or C+L band (1520 nm - 1630 nm), and MEMS-VCSEL swept sources with 1060 nm or 1300 nm center wavelengths and a 100 nm wavelength sweep range. Our low-noise turnkey DBR lasers are available at 780 or 795 nm and have a temperature tuning range of 2.4 nm. We also offer gain chips and spectroscopy kits.
